    To whom it may concern

I have received a statement through the post this morning which is clearly incorrect, yes I attended the hospital in Marathon in Florida, I was insured for medical cover, I was presented with a bill with the full breakdown of costs etc, the bill was paid in full before leaving the hospital. We have the reciept and statements as well as the details from the insurance in the UK that it was paid for in full.

  • Every time I login it always says electronic payments are unavailable at this time regardless of the time of day. Their customer service hours are shorter than my work day and their 800# is busy during my 30 min lunch break. It’s so very frustrating just to try and pay a $65 bill.
