  • Hilarious if not sad. Lowes doesn’t track Anything. When you make an online purchase the only information you receive from Lowes is “In Progress.” That can mean absolutely anything! Have an order that was picked up? it says In Progress. Have an order that was canceled by the store? In Progress.

    You’re lucky if you’re even notified AT ALL about store canceled orders. lowes doesn’t even send out cancellation emails or information about refunds. In short, they have no idea what is going on with an order at all. Stress Free? What is the author smoking?? Do a little research first.
