Steps to Start
- Click on the link www.citi.com/credit-cards/compare-credit-cards/detail.do?ID=all-small-business-credit-cards
- As the window appears, click on the card i-e Platinum to start the application.
- Click Learn More & Apply to access the form.
- A new window will display all the detailed information about this card. Carefully read all the information given before applying.
- After you read carefully about your selected card, now click on the “Apply Now” button.
- As the new application form will be open. You need to enter your business name and the business card name which you want to print on your card in their require fields as mentioned in the description attached with the fields.
- Provide your business address as required like State, Zip Code, City name to receive card delivery.
- Enter your Business phone numbers i-e Fax, Mobile or office number as required in the given box.
- Enter your business financial information in the require field such as revenue which your business earned and legal structure of your business.
- Now enter your other information like years of business, number of employees worked and choose line of your business in their respective fields.
- Under the authorized user tab, now fill the fields with his/her First name, Middle initials, suffix and Last Name in their respective fields.
- Enter phone number in the require field. Tick the box, if you have entered your number in this field.
- Enter your valid email address in the require field. This email address will receive updates, offer, notifications or alerts of the company news and promotions.
- Enter your mailing address in the field. If you and your business is sharing same mailing address, then tick on the box which claimed you have same business and postal address in the require fields.
- Choose your correct date of birth from the drop down menu.
- Give your U.S allotted social security number in the given box.
- Select security question from the drop down menu and enter its answer in the given box.
- Enter your financial information in their require field.
- Give your membership information in the given field.
- Tick on the agree box. If you agree with the card disclosure.
- Click on the submit to finish the process.
